What is the Worcester Turkey-Syria Earthquake Appeal?
We have all been moved by the horrendous images from Turkey and Syria, and we as a club have decided we should be doing a little something to help and invite you to join us. This backgammon tournament has been organised by Sean Jones and he has bought a beautiful ArtGammon backgammon board and put it up as the prize. In return we would ask you to pay an entry fee of £50, which will ALL go to the charity. 
If the suggested entry fee is genuinely outside of your budget, but you would still like to contribute and take part, please contact us. You would also be most welcome to contribute over and above the suggested entry fee if you are able, and this will also be sent to the charity.
Please register ASAP if you would be happy to take part so we can confirm numbers attending. We are sure it will be an enjoyable day of backgammon, while raising some funds for this worthwhile cause! Refreshments
Ian Gwynne has kindly offered to provide a free buffet lunch at no charge to the club to support the event. Cash bar and hot drinks will also be available throughout the day. Organised by Worcester Backgammon Club
